Gutter Masters LLC was conceived after Harry Tropoloc, the founder, returned from school earning a degree in architecture and gaining a background in engineering from Texas Tech University and then went to work for a Design Firm. He left the firm and pursued a career in the rain gutter installation business. In 1987, Harry began cleaning out gutters and repairing other companies’ work; he worked out of his garage and a pickup. Within a year, he purchased tools and was well on his way as Gutter Masters started becoming a recognizable name in the gutter installation industry. The pitfalls of others’ job installations became apparent as Harry began to realize what components broke down regularly, but he developed better ways of installation. “I became fascinated with the work,” he said. “I found that each job was unique in that the systems had to be designed differently for each house.” He explains his secret for success is in the finished product, “Seamless gutter installation can be done well or shoddy and for the most part, customers will not be able to tell the difference until it’s too late. I install every house as it was my own, and that is why Gutter Masters stands out amongst the competition.”
